After all, our employees are the single most important factor in our company’s success. ‘All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights’: these are the opening words of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations. Our common decency also tells us that everyone deserves a fair chance – and this is an integral part of our values. Incidentally, studies also show that diverse teams achieve better results. However, it is not enough to be in favour of diversity and equal opportunities. They also have to be actively promoted.

Diversity management is an ongoing process. Therefore, Funk has established a Core Team and a Feedback Team; working within Funk Diversity & Inclusion, these teams plan, implement and monitor measures in all five areas.
