Dr. Alexander Klein
Dr Alexander Klein is a Managing Director of Funk Health Care Consulting GmbH, a consultancy firm for clinical risk management, as well as Funk Hospital-Versicherungsmakler GmbH, Funk’s special insurance broker for healthcare.
Dr Alexander Klein was born in Speyer in 1979 and specialised in medicine and insurance law during his law degree course in Mainz, Freiburg im Breisgau and Brisbane as well as during his doctorate programme in Mannheim. After his work on economic development for an American state government, he launched his career at Funk as a key account manager at Funk Hospital-Versicherungsmakler GmbH at the Berlin founding office in 2010. He joined the Board of Directors of Funk Health Care Consulting GmbH in 2017 and the Board of Directors of Funk Hospital-Versicherungsmakler GmbH in 2021, having been appointed to the Management Board there in 2020.
