Dr Kristina Klinkforth
Dr Kristina Klinkforth is Managing Director of Funk Consulting GmbH. Here she is responsible for the development of the Funk Risk Academy. In addition, she manages the Funk Academy at Funk and works as a consultant for the education sector of the non-profit Funk Foundation.
Dr Kristina Klinkforth, born in Itzehoe in 1978, completed her studies in political science/international relations and her part-time doctorate at the Free University of Berlin and spent extended periods abroad in Galway (Ireland) and Washington, D.C. (USA). Her professional focus was initially on the successful development of predominantly online supported and internationally oriented education programmes. In addition, she accompanied other educational projects, such as summer schools, and worked with partners in China, Russia, Vietnam and Syria, among other countries. After joining Funk in 2015, she took over the development of the internal Funk Academy and knowledge management. Since 2022, Dr Klinkforth has been Managing Director of Funk Consulting GmbH.
